At SkinSmart, we aim to provide each and every patient with unrushed attention and excellent service. In fairness to everyone, we have instituted policies that ensure that we have adequate time and resources to devote to you and your fellow patients. Please familiarize yourself with the following SkinSmart’s policies concerning:
Cosmetic Scheduling Policy
We look forward to seeing you at your upcoming cosmetic appointment! As a cosmetic dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon, Dr. Callahan’s time is in great demand. However we set aside special allotted appointments for cosmetic patients and allocate staff members to prepare for your services.In turn we require a credit card to hold all cosmetic appointments and ask that you provide our office with at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We will also call you to remind you of your appointment at the phone number(s) you provide. If we do not hear back from you or if 48 hours notice is not provided, a $250 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

Mohs Cancellation Policy
SkinSmart Dermatology is committed to providing you with the highest quality of patient care so please mark your calendars with your surgery date. Mohs surgery is a specialized procedure that requires hours of preparation from our team members. If you need to change or cancel your Mohs surgery with SkinSmart Dermatology, please CALL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR SURGERY DATE- or you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. You will receive a phone call from one of our Medical Assistants 7 days prior to your surgery; this is a good time to reschedule your appointment if necessary.
Product Return Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 10 days of your purchase date. If the products are opened, a store credit will be issued.
