Dear Dr. Callahan and Staff,Recently you and your team removed a very large basal cell (carcinoma) from my dad's nose… I was in awe of your surgical perfection and realized how important your training in the Mohs procedure was.
Dad is doing wonderful, healing beautifully. The scarring from the "v" incision and 30 odd sutures are hardly noticeable post-op 18 days! Wow!

The purpose of this letter is to provide you my long overdue appreciation for the outstanding work you did in virtually eliminating some very unsightly veins on both my cheeks. These veins, which resembled something between miniature oak trees and a road map of Florida, had bothered me for some time and I wanted them addressed. Your medically sound and creative choice of solutions to virtually eliminate them, treated both the patient's situation and the problem; the mark of a truly professional practice.
