A: Zeltiq CoolSculpting™ reduces fat in areas like the abdomen, waist and back. It uses advanced cooling technology to selectively target fat bulges and eliminate fat cells through a gradual process that does not harm the surrounding tissues. Fat bulges are visibly reduced in two to four months.

A: The Zeltiq CoolSculpting™ procedure is performed with a non-invasive applicator that delivers precisely controlled cooling to target and eliminate fat cells in specific areas of your body without harming the surrounding tissues.  Our trained SkinSmart specialists customize each treatment and place a specially designed applicator cup that uses a gentle vacuum pressure to draw tissue between the cooling panels.



Q: Does the Zeltiq procedure hurt?

A: Zeltiq CoolSculpting procedure is comfortable for most patients.  No anesthesia or pain medicine is required.  Typically, patients are comfortable enough to read, work on their laptop computers, listen to their IPod, or just relax and fall asleep during the procedure.  We offer Wi-Fi while patients relax in a private room during treatment.
